The challenge
Henny Penny set out to bring operational sophistication and visual simplicity to modern commercial kitchens. By bridging legacy hardware with new IoT-driven software, the team sought to streamline operation and simplify cleaning—reducing training needs in a high-turnover environment while staying true to real-world workflows.
